What we collect
When you send a commission inquiry or write to us, we keep what you give us: your name, email, phone, the town, your role, the piece you have in mind and your message. We use it to answer you and to plan the work. Nothing else.
Analytics
The site keeps simple, anonymous counts of pages viewed so we know which rooms people walk through. No advertising networks, no profiles, no sale of data.
Cookies
The site uses only the cookies it needs to run. There is nothing to accept or decline.
Where it lives
Inquiries are stored on the site's own secure database and in Tom's email. They are not shared with anyone outside Bennett Forgeworks except the builders, architects and designers you name on your project.
Your rights
Write to tom@forgework.com and we will show you what we hold or delete it.
